  • Consultations and home visits

  • Communicate with your GP, obstetrician, or other healthcare providers

  • Meet professional, insurance, and legal obligations

  • Process Medicare rebates, payments, and invoices

  • Conduct audits or quality improvement activities (using de-identified data only)

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

  • Records are stored securely in Splose, a compliant Australian clinical software platform.

  • Access is restricted to authorised personnel only

  • Physical documents (if any) are kept in locked storage.

  • Records are retained for the period required by law:
    -7 years for adult client -25 years for babies/minors

6. Use and Disclosure of Information

Information may be used or disclosed for purposes directly related to your care, including:

  • Communication with your GP or other health providers

  • Claims and payments through Medicare or insurers

  • Professional audits or peer review (de-identified where possible)

  • As required by law

We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
