Records are stored securely in Splose, a compliant Australian clinical software platform.
Access is restricted to authorised personnel only
Physical documents (if any) are kept in locked storage.
Records are retained for the period required by law:
-7 years for adult client -25 years for babies/minors
6. Use and Disclosure of Information
Information may be used or disclosed for purposes directly related to your care, including:
Communication with your GP or other health providers
Claims and payments through Medicare or insurers
Professional audits or peer review (de-identified where possible)
As required by law
We will not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
